NATIONAL CONFERENCE 2022

• Uttarakhand Regional Conference: Covering the regions of Uttarakhand, UP and Himachal; 31 March 2022 (Organised by ED Dehradun Hub)

City level Pastors’ Trainings/Workshops on Disability Inclusion: 

These events will take place in 10 locations across the country and will be organised through Engage Disability Hubs and Associates:

• 1. Hyderabad City Pastors Workshop: Virtual: 9 June 2022 (Organised by ED Hyderabad Hub)
  2. Chennai City Pastors Training: 26 July 2022 (Organised by ED Chennai hub)
  3. Chittoor Region Pastors Training: 18 August 2022 (Organised by ED Chittoor hub)
  4. Nagpur City Pastors Training: 23 August 2022 (Organised by ED Nagpur Hub)
  5. Delhi City Pastors Workshop: 25 August 2022 (Organised by ED Delhi Hub)
  6. Bangalore City Pastors Workshop: 18 October 2022 (Organised by ED Bangalore Hub)
  7. Trivandrum City Pastors Workshop: 18 October 2022 (Organised by ED Kerala Hub)
• Family Retreats: Nagpur and Dehra Dun – Dates to be confirmed;
• Booklet on disability related terms in 5 Vernacular languages – Based on translation work done by ED Virtual Pre-Conferences Translation team (Ongoing)
• 10 Stalls in the National Conference: to showcase disability related work from across ED Network partners and related agencies

• Pilot Study on “Status of Disability Inclusion in Churches in India” (from responses to Disability Inclusion Audit) based on the ED Audit tool for churches’ responses (Ongoing)
• Directories on Disability related services collated by each hub for their location (Ongoing)
• Full and Just Participation of Women with Disabilities: Liturgy, Ministry & Church Life Webinar (First Quarter of 2023)
• Regional Conference: North East India (First Quarter of 2023) (Physical Event)
• ED Toolkit Training: A virtual toolkit course to be rolled out (Date to be announced)
